I've seen all the owners of this store, lived in Richland for 15 years. I have to say these guys are great! The service is friendly and fast, and the food is great.

All these 5-star ratings you see here are clearly disingenuous mark-ups from homers and whoever else. Probably a fake person or two also. Anyway, where do I start? Wings were cooked to an absolute crisp and unedible, pizza was greasy (which usually means cheese is allowed to sit in a bin at a higher than optimal temperature and "sweat"). The driver didn't even go to my unit, had to yell to get his attention and bring him over. He forgot my paper plates and blue cheese, then charged additional money to go back and get it. In short, based on one order, my opinion is not very high. It's a clown show of a place.
